Operational Scope
Our residential cleaning services are designed to deliver a thorough, hygienic, and move-ready
environment. All works are carried out systematically in accordance with established cleaning
procedures and operational standards.
The Areas of Scopes
Living Areas & Bedrooms
• Removal of dust and cobwebs from ceilings and high-level areas
• Wiping and cleaning of external surfaces of air-conditioning units and ceiling fans
• Cleaning of light fixtures, fittings, and covers
• Cleaning of window grilles, frames, and interior-facing glass surfaces
• Dusting and cleaning of internal cabinet surfaces (where empty), including external panels and doors
• Wiping of all accessible surfaces, including electrical points, switches, and fittings
• Cleaning of main doors and gates
• Vacuuming and mopping of all floor areas
Note: Customers are required to clear all cabinet contents prior to interior cleaning.
Bathrooms
• Washing and disinfection of toilet bowls and bathtubs (where applicable)
• Cleaning and scrubbing of handwash basins and vanity surfaces
• Cleaning of internal (if empty) and external cabinet surfaces
• Thorough scrubbing of wall and floor tiles
• Cleaning of mirrors and reflective surfaces
• Floor scrubbing and rinsing to ensure a hygienic finish
Note: Grout restoration or specialized grout cleaning is not included.
Kitchen
• Cleaning of external surfaces of all kitchen cabinets, including top-hung units
• Cleaning of internal cabinet surfaces (where empty)
• Washing and disinfection of sinks and basins
• Degreasing and cleaning of accessible surfaces of kitchen appliances (e.g. fridge, stove and hood) without dismantling any components
• Cleaning of wall surfaces and mirrors (where applicable)
• Vacuuming and mopping of floors, with spray washing performed where necessary
Balcony / Car Porch (Where Applicable)
• Dusting and cleaning of furniture
• Removal of dust and cobwebs from ceilings
• Cleaning of ceiling fans, light fixtures, and fittings
• Cleaning of windows, frames, and tracks
• Vacuuming and mopping of floors, with spray washing where required
Important Notes & Liability Statement
Scope of Services
- All services are strictly limited to the tasks outlined above. Any additional works outside the defined scope will not be carried out unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- All cleaning personnel are professionally trained and operate in full compliance with NEA and PWW standards. Their responsibilities are strictly limited to the designated cleaning tasks outlined above.
- For clarity, domestic helper type of duties such as laundry, ironing, bed-making, car washing, pet care grocery shopping and etc shall not included within the scope of our APlus residential cleaning services.
Liability Disclaimer
- The company shall not be held liable for damages arising from unsecured items, pre-existing conditions, or improper handling not within our control.
Technical & Specialized Works
- Any disassembly of electrical or mechanical components requiring technical expertise must be arranged separately by the customer.
Post-Renovation Advisory
- Cleaning should be scheduled only after the completion of all renovation works to ensure optimal results.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are required to:
- Remove all personal belongings from cabinets and storage areas
- Switch off and, where necessary, reposition appliances such as refrigerators
- Ensure clear access to all areas for cleaning

Site Assessment
- Provision of site images is recommended to facilitate accurate evaluation and quotation.
